Return & Refund Policy – Elitemart
At Elitemart, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Personal care items
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Items purchased on sale or clearance
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be refunded to your original method of payment
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos for quick resolution.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is defective or incorrect)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
